We publish news, archive the documents behind it, and track building matters that are easy to overlook.
Who runs it, and is it official?
Residents of the building run it. It is not official and not endorsed by the board or management and that independence is what lets it report without an approval process.
How do I contact the Board of Directors?
The Board can be reached through BuildingLink, the building’s official communication platform, or by written correspondence through the managing agent. This site is not a channel to the Board — we’re independent of it.
Is the information here accurate?
We publish facts and, wherever possible, the primary document behind them (letters, notices, official records) so you can verify for yourself. If you spot an error, email us and we’ll correct it. We’d rather be accurate than fast.
